Our client, a leading "IT Services & Solutions" company is looking for experienced "Quality Assurance Engineers" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role with good skills in functional, UI testing, mobile testing, performance testing, and test case automation. (50% Manual / 50% Auto)
- Experience (years): Lead: 4+ / SQAE: 2+ / QAE: 1+ (Remuneration based on experience)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated and manual testing tools. (50/50)
- Experience in analyzing business requirements, test designing, and writing test plans and test cases.
- Experience in test planning and test effort estimation.
- Experience in coding and using quality assurance tools.
- Experience in bug tracking tools.
- Good understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.
- Ability to learn other coding languages and technologies in a short time.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients and stakeholders as required.
- Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
