Our client, a leading "IT Services & Solutions" company is looking for experienced "Software Engineers" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field, or BSc equivalent qualification with proven work experience.
- Experience (years): Lead: 4+ / SSE: 2+ / SE: 1+ (Remuneration based on experience)
- Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: MongoDB, Express, React, Node. (MERN)
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.
- Strong understanding of DBMSs.
- Experience in CI (Continuous Integration).
- Good understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.
- Ability to learn other coding languages and technologies in a short time.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients and stakeholders as required.
- Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
