QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age below 24 years. (Male)
- Partly qualified in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- At least one year of experience working in a HR management role or similar.
- Proficient IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, Etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English.
- Ability to take challenges while being proactive and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work extended hours/days as per the requirement.
- Flexible to visit the Gampaha office whenever required.
