Our client who is into "Architectural Engineering & Construction Business" based in Colombo, is looking for a skilled "Technical Officer" to join their team immediately!
SALARY: Negotiable
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- HNDE, NCT, NDT or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working at a reputed construction site would be an advantage.
- Experience taking inventory of maintenance materials and replacement parts.
- Experience in facility maintenance and repairs.
- Knowledge of recordkeeping and preparing maintenance schedules.
- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS-Office. (Excel, Word, Etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Analytical, critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
- Professional, self-confident, and team player with great interpersonal skills.
