Our client who is into "Architectural Engineering & Construction Business" based in Colombo, is looking for a skilled "Junior Interior Architect" to join their team immediately!
SALARY: Negotiable
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field. (Freshers welcome)
- Hands-on experience with design software and related tools. (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Good understanding of project and budget management.
- Knowledge of basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Analytical, critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
- Professional, self-confident, and team player with great interpersonal skills.
