QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field. (Freshers welcome)
- Hands-on experience with CADD software and related tools. (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
- Ability to prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Ability to follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Good understanding of building regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Analytical, critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
- Professional, self-confident, and team player with great interpersonal skills.
