Our client, a leading "IT Services & Solutions" company is looking for an experienced "Software Architect" to join their team in Colombo immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field or equivalent qualification with 10+ years of experience.
- 8+ years of experience working in Software Engineering in a similar capacity.
- Broad knowledge on different technologies and technical stacks.
- Broad knowledge on persistence methodologies.
- Experience in different domains.
- Experience in cloud services.
- Understanding of performance engineering.
- Understanding of capacity planning.
- Strong Technical and Business stakeholder management.
- Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.
- Ability to learn other coding languages and technologies in a short time.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients overseas as required.
- Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
