One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading "Construction Contractor" is looking for experienced "Security Officers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 32,000 + Allowance
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prevent entry of unauthorized persons to the premises.
- Check persons and vehicles desiring entry to the premises.
- Monitor CCTV feeds and keeps a record of all persons and vehicles entering/leaving the premises.
- Observe and protect premises and property from fire, damage, and theft.
- Provide suitable information to SD members regarding suspicious persons and vehicle movements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age between 36 - 44 years.
- Attempted G.C.E O/L is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Police, Armed services, or private sector security is a must.
- Ex-service/Police personnel must need proper security clearance and a retirement certificate.
- Level 2 (Limited Knowledge) Reading, writing, and speaking of English are required. (This will be tested.)
- Level 3 (Good Working Knowledge) Reading, writing, and speaking of Sinhala and/or Tamil is required.
- Must have a good working knowledge of security-related work.
- Must be capable to handle all types of modern security equipment and fully conversant with searching vehicles and personnel.
- Must have the ability to follow instructions given by the supervisor or officer in charge.
- Must have the flexibility to adapt to shift work.
- Should be physically & mentally fit to perform the job duties.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
