One of our prestigious Clients' who is a Multinational "IT Company" is looking for "Technical Support - Call Center Agents" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
# SALARY: (Depending on your proficiency in the given languages, your salary will be as follows.)
- Sinhala / Tamil: Rs. 27,000
- English: Rs. 31,000
- English + Sinhala: Rs. 37,000
- English + Tamil: Rs. 36,000

# RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. (Calls, Chats, Emails, Etc.)
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best approach to providing a solution based on the issue and details provided, including walking the customer through the problem-solving process and solution.
- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ability to physically move and install equipment including but not limited to desktop PCs, monitors, laptops, desks, etc.
- Knowledge of Android and Apple products. (Tablets, Smart Phones, Etc.)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical support.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to translate technical details is a must.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Basic IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS-Office)
- Comfortable supporting resources over the phone and remote control of desktop support; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Handle international customers.
- Working Hours: Shift Based. (Day / Night)
