One of our prestigious Clients' who is a Multinational "IT Company" is looking for "Customer Service - Call Center Agents" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

# SALARY: (Depending on your proficiency of the given languages, your salary will be as follows.)

  • Sinhala / Tamil: Rs. 21,000
  • English: Rs. 23,500
  • English + Sinhala: Rs. 28,000
  • English + Tamil: Rs. 28,000

# RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products & services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
  • Basic IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS-Office)
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Handle international customers.
  • Working Hours: Shift Based. (Day / Night)
