One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading Multinational IT company is looking for competent "Senior Systems Engineers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, configure & maintain HP blade servers in our client's data centres.
- Configure & manage VMWare & AWS environments.
- Perform OS related tasks on Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, Etc.) & Windows.
- Perform system management: Disk, File System, & Volume Management.
- Configure, monitor and manage systems & react to alerts.
- Provide support for applications & services running on Linux/Windows.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with our overseas collaborators by demonstrating excellent communication skills & initiative.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- 5+ years' experience with the setup, troubleshooting & administration of Linux & Windows systems.
- 2+ years' experience administering VMWare clusters & ESXi.
- Proficiency in HP blades & iLO.
- Expertise in AWS.
- Experience working on Puppet and/or Ansible.
- Scripting knowledge using Python would be a plus.
- Prior experience using Foreman would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
