One of our prestigious Clients who is into "Retail Clothing" is looking for "Senior Sales Coordinators" to work at their Colombo Showrooms immediately.

# SALARY - Rs. 50,000 + Sales Commission

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Responsible for the display and arrangement of the items or goods so that they can get customer attention.
• Must be able to effectively promote a brand if asked to and for that is responsible for developing good communication and selling skills.
• Any person appointed as a sales staff member is responsible for the ordering of goods or items in demand to overcome the shortage.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• 3-5 years of experience in the 'Retail Clothing' industry.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
