# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling of Industrial Chillers/HVAC in Process Industries/Commercial Establishments.
- Knowledge of all types of Chillers.
- Knowledge on low side like CT, CWP, Etc.
- Selection of low side equipment.
- Close interaction with Architects, MEP Contractors & HVAC Consultants.
- Enquiry Generation for a given territory.
- Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies.
- To generate enquires / sale of other products promoted by the Client.
- Work closely with Key accounts for revenue Generation.
- Order Bookings as per the business plan.
- Achieve or exceed the annual sales target by maximizing growth and profit for the company with total customer satisfaction by following the sales target agreement.
- Business Development.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or NDT/NDES/HNDE/City & Guilds
- 5 to 8 years' in the Sales of HVAC products.
- Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
- Be a fast learner.
