# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling & Marketing of Tea Machinery.
- In-Depth Knowledge of Tea Process Manufacturing & Machinery.
- Excellent rapport with Private Tea Factory Owners, Brokers & RPC Management.
- Enquiry Generation & Conversion.
- Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies.
- Work closely with Key accounts for revenue Generation.
- Order Bookings as per the business plan.
- Achieve or exceed the annual sales target by maximizing growth and profit for the company with total customer satisfaction by following the sales target agreement.
- Business Development.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- 8 to 10 years experience in the field of the Tea Sector on Sales & Services.
- Experience in the sale of Tea Machinery is a 'Mandatory' requirement.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
- Good command of English and able to communicate in local languages.
- Be a fast learner.
