One of our prestigious Clients who is a Multinational "IT Company" is looking for "Associate Engineers / Engineers (TechOps)" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
# SALARY - Rs. 50,000 - 70,000
# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive support for all applications under his/her purview (internal/external users or other service partners.)
- Ensure overall proper product maintenance and all aspects of achieving agreed service levels Ensure the correct level of monitoring is in place and controls are implemented.
- Facilitate required management information whenever required.
- Process compliance with all applicable processes. (Change Management, SLA Management, Incident Management, Access Management, and all other processes as per prevailing process compliance matrix.)
- Act as the single point of contact for all critical systems under his/her purview.
- Review billing reports for analysts.
- Produce and analyze billing reports for Managed Service customers.
- Identifies problems/issues during billing cycles and solves.
- Works on complex activities such as identifying software or hardware problems that impact on-going operations.
- Maintaining excellent relations with clients, suppliers and partners /operators.
- Working on a roster 24/7 basis to provide 360-degree customer support in billing operations.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree or equivalent in Business/IT related field is preferred.
- Computer savvy and proficient knowledge of Unix, SQL and MS Office Package.
- Customer support and customer satisfaction experience required.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal, written skills and interpersonal skills.
