# SALARY - Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 80,000
# RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and propose solutions.
- Should be a result oriented individual with passion for innovation and critical thinking to support the development team.
- Complete the assigned tasks individually and as a team within the time frame.
- Improve and optimize the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, and testing new developments for ongoing operations / new implementations.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science.
- Minimum 1-2 years' of experience in Software Development; preferably skilled in Java and Node.js and other related technologies.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work with different technologies; not restricting with one / two.
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills with ability to quickly and independently adapt to different technologies and new trends.
- Experience in Agile methodology and Scrum.
