# RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, code, develop and test new applications to ensure the effective management and develop new user facing features.
- Ensure the best development practices are followed during the software development cycle.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and highlight the risk and issues in proactively.
- Should be a dynamic product owner.
- Require to empower the team to ensure the code quality and facilitate continued improvements.
- Employ innovative development techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members and business stakeholders to get the best output.
- Able to manage the project priorities and timely deliverables.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years' of working experience in Software Development.
- Strong knowledge in latest technologies and excellent programming knowledge in Java, Node.js and Java EE.
- Thorough knowledge in AWS and MYSQL.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum.
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
