# REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing new software solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
- Providing references for relevant parties by writing and maintaining user documentation and business logic documentation.
- Creating functional requirements in use cases, coordinating requirements and validating with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
- Improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
- Bridging the gap between the project team and product owner.
- Contributing to the overall success of the team and company by maintaining and upgrading personal and professional technical knowledge.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- B.Sc. Degree in IT, Business Administration or Business Management.
- 5+ years' of industry experience in similar capacity.
- Good understanding of testing strategies and usability requirements for web applications.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and communicate with product owners effectively.
- Hands on experience working on 'Agile' projects would be an added advantage.
- Excellent in spoken and written English.
- Good in documentation.
