One of our prestigious Clients' who is into the "Hotel Industry" is looking for "Fire and Life Safety Managers" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
# SALARY - Rs. 100,000 + Monthly Allowance
# REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to take active leadership in managing and upholding the Fire and Life Safety (FLS) in the Mall.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the mall FLS.
- Ensure the mall FLS systems comply with local fire safety codes and regulations and corresponding Governments permits & certificates are secured.
- Plan and Implement FLS systems inspection, testing and maintenance.
- Ensuring that fire and Life Safety training and drills are effectively implemented.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a hotel or mall having handled fire engineering or fire fighting.
- Certification or Diploma in Fire and Life Safety procedure.
- Ability to present, prepare and deliver FLS related training.
- Organization, leadership and interpersonal skills.
