# RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Obtaining client information through excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
  • Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensible way using our case management system.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to process when handling Personally Identifiable Information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing).
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
  • Capable of managing stressful situations.
  • Handle international customers.
