# SALARY - Rs. 350,000 - 400,000
# JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Boost our sales in foreign countries. (US, UK and Australia)
- Develop a business growth strategy, focused on both financial gain and customer.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- BSc/BA in Business Administration / Sales or relevant field.
- 3 years' work experience in the IT sector with a proven sales track record.
- 5 years' experience in sales / Business Development.
- Experience in handling IT customers is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g. Sales force)
- Sound market knowledge and good business hunting sense.
- Fluency in English.
- Sound communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Plenty of initiative and autonomy.
