technological expertise and process excellence is looking for ‘’Senior Business Analysts’’ to
work in their Colombo office immediately.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Designing new software solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts
  and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
• Providing references for relevant parties by writing and maintaining user documentation
  and business logic documentation.
• Creating functional requirements in use cases, coordinating requirements and validating
  with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business
  needs.
• Improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Bridging the gap between the project team and product owner.
• Contributing to the overall success of the team and company by maintaining and upgrading
  personal and professional technical knowledge.
  
  

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc.Degree in IT, Business Administration or Business Management.
• 5+years of industry experience in similar capacity.
•  Good understanding of testing strategies and usability requirements for web applications.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and communicate with product
  owners effectively.
• Hands on experience working on Agile projects would be an added advantage.
• Excellent in spoken and written English.
• Good in documentation.
