POSITION      - LEGAL OFFICERS – COLOMBO

SALARY        - 40K 

One of our prestigious Clients’ who is a Digital Advertising firm, possessing world class technological expertise and process excellence is looking for ‘Legal Officers” to work in their Colombo office immediately.

TECHNOLOGIES OF INTEREST

·         While advising employees, legal advisors must research the necessary comparable legal procedures and laws, as well as comparable cases. 

·         Must also know how to apply the law to their company circumstances.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor degree in law related field.

·         1-2 years of experience in similar field.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

·         Lawsuits, regulation compliance and training company staff to stay within the law.

·         Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company.

·         Investigate if the company or a staff member does not comply with the law.

·         Oversee lawsuits, possibly acting as chief litigator.

·         Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork.
