# SALARY:  Negotiable

# QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in IT

# REQUIREMENTS
* Lead any kind of IT development team in the implementation of product features to achieve extreme targets under pressure.
* Should have deeper understanding of how things work at the core level in order to contribute architecture, instrumentation & performance decisions.
* Keep updated with latest technologies and trends without hesitating to be the first to adapt to new tools and take the risk.
* Participate in code reviews, contribute to team and personal learning, coaching and conducting trainings according to the requirement.
* Should be experienced in managing development teams in a Scrum environment under Agile practices.
* Excellent customer communication and relationship
* 5+ years of experience
* Prior experience in telecommunication industry will be an added advantage

# SKILLS REQUIRED
* A solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals
* React Native, Sencha, Ionic (Android & IOS platforms)
* Advantages : YII, PHP, Docker, Kubernetes

# TERMS & CONDITIONS
Working 8 hours on weekdays (6 days a week)
