One of our prestigious Clients, who is a group of company is looking for “Customer Relationship Management”, to work in their respective Colombo office immediately.
SALARY : Rs. 35,000 – 60,000
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling established accounts to gain familiarity
- Working, with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability
- Keeping accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers and evaluating work output
- Learning and using various software(s) to carry out all day to day activities and ensuring all documents are filled within time.
- Taking care of shipment orders right from booking on the software till execution
- Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization and with customers’ telephone, email, and face to face.
- Strong minded and dedicated people to think out of the box for the problems that will arise in your day to day work
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills· Motivation to constantly learn and develop their own knowledge and skills
- Keeping, maintaining and updating records.
- Attending periodic evaluations.
Please Note:
We are looking for candidates with 0-5 years of experience in a similar or related field. We would like freshers with 0-3 years of experience as far as possible. We need people enthusiastic people with leadership skills who have graduated from good schools/colleges.
Knowledge of fluent English is a must.
