Our prestigious client, one of the World's leading Construction Consulting firms in Saudi Arabia, is looking for experienced "Senior Land Surveyor" to join their team immediately.

#Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead surveying activities to map land features for construction projects.
- Conduct initial surveys and environmental impact assessments to assess project feasibility.
- Utilize surveying instruments and GPS for precise geospatial measurements.
- Review and interpret data to analyze site features and assess environmental impacts.
- Monitor land movement and subsidence throughout construction projects.
- Draft 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software and cartographic techniques.
- Coordinate with Discipline Engineers to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Manage surveying teams, assigning tasks and overseeing their work.
- Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies as needed for project approvals.
- Record and supervise all activities carried out by contractors on-site.
# Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Surveying or Equivalent.
- Minimum 14 years of experience in construction supervision.
# Terms & Conditions:
- Work Hours: 6 days a week.
- 02-Year renewable contract.
