POSITION: Commis Chefs II
SALARY: Negotiable
One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced "Commis Chefs II" to join their team immediately.
# Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Should have a previous experience in International Japanese Restaurant.
- Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to the hotel guests.
- Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
- Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.
- Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
- Able to prepare and sells food within recommended time frames to meet Guest expectations.
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
- Good Communication Skills.
