# SALARY - SAR 1800 + 200 (Avg Rs. 97,000)

# REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 02-03 years' experience in a similar position.
* Planning employees shifts, organizing work assignments, controlling employees' performance and behaviors.
* Taking action to ensure the team is meeting the standard of the company.
* Making performance reports to the company.
* Scheduling employees to receive benefits of the company based on their performance.
* Training new employees.
* Covering production processes when needed.
* Controlling expected and unexpected situations.
* Good organizational & team leading skills.
* Good communication in English.
