KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare hot kitchen dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food.
• Manage daily cooking operations and assist kitchen team.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock and ingredient usage.
• Work efficiently during busy service hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Chef in hot kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good understanding of hygiene standards.
