One of our esteemed clients in Qatar, a leading bakery and food production company, is seeking a highly experienced and creative Head Baker to lead their bakery operations and ensure high-quality baked goods.
SALARY: QAR 4,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the bakery team in daily production of bread, pastries, and other baked items.
- Develop and refine bakery recipes and ensure product consistency.
- Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of all baked goods.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff.
- Stay updated on baking trends and incorporate new techniques as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker.
- Expertise in artisan breads, pastries, and bakery operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of baking equipment and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand kitchen environment.
