One of our reputed clients in Qatar, a leading restaurant chain, is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Head Cook – Grilling to lead their grill section and ensure top-quality food preparation and service.

SALARY: QAR 2,500 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the grilling section and manage daily food preparation.
• Prepare a variety of grilled dishes according to menu specifications.
• Ensure consistency, taste, and quality of all grilled food items.
• Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for grill section needs.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during busy hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Grill Cook or Head Cook.
• Strong expertise in grilling meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
• Male candidates preferred.
