One of our prestigious clients, a leading restaurant chain in Qatar, is looking for experienced "Baristas" to join their team immediately.
Salary: up to QAR 1500
The company will provide free accommodation and transportation.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for Baristas based in Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing coffee beverages, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, ensuring cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive café experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a related field
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverages
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English/Hindi is a must; additional language(s) is a plus
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is beneficial
