One of our prestigious clients who is into Energy, MEP, & Facility Management in Qatar is looking for experienced "Facility Management Technicians - HVAC (Team Leaders)" to join them immediately.
SALARY: QAR 3000 (Rs. Avg. 260,000)
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Age below 45.
- Completion of Diploma/ Certification of 3 years’ duration.
- 3 years of GCC experience in the relevant field.
- 7 years of total working experience in the relevant field.
- Completion of relevant Vocational/ Technical Training program in the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC or refrigeration equipment.
- Assigns and inspects the work of HVAC/ refrigeration technicians and helpers; initiates corrective actions to secure satisfactory standards and timely project completion.
- Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules and procedures for equipment maintenance as required by the HVAC Supervisor/ Engineer.
- Troubleshoots repairs and overhauls equipment such as compressors, pumps, air handlers, air dryers, heat exchangers, other environmental changing devices, other mechanical equipment or electrical, pneumatic and electronic components.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques of the HVAC trade.
- Speaks and writes English, preferably fluent in Arabic
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
