One of our prestigious clients who is into Energy, MEP, & Facility Management in Qatar is looking for experienced "Facility Management Technicians - Mechanicals" to join them immediately.
SALARY: QAR 2200 (Rs. Avg. 190,000)
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Age below 45.
- Completion of Diploma/ Certification of 3 years’ duration.
- 3 years of GCC experience in the relevant field.
- 7 years of total working experience in the relevant field.
- Completion of relevant Vocational or Technical Training program in the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC or refrigeration equipment or any related courses.
- Execute planned maintenance tasks in accordance with schedules.
- Organise labour within team to reach planned objectives.
- Provide technical advice and support to maintenance teams and management.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques of the HVAC trade & MEP.
- Speaks and writes English, preferably fluent in Arabic.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
