One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives, a leading resort and restaurant chain, is looking for experienced and motivated F&B Supervisors to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service in their food and beverage outlets.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B service staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and ambiance of dining areas.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B supervision, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasking.
