One of our esteemed clients in Kuwait, a highly reputed hospitality and catering company, is looking for experienced and talented Chefs de Partie to lead sections of their kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary services.

SALARY: KWD 380 – 450

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and manage a specific section of the kitchen.
• Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely food service.
• Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock usage.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Adhere to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
