One of our esteemed clients in Kuwait, a prominent player in the hospitality and catering industry, is looking for skilled and motivated Demi Chefs de Partie to join their culinary team and contribute to high-quality kitchen operations.
SALARY: KWD 305 – 380
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high culinary standards.
- Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages or issues.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proficient in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Age below 40 years preferred.
