#ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in menu development, food quality standards, and kitchen management.
- Extensive knowledge of American, Continental, and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Creativity and innovation in culinary arts, with the ability to manage costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and ISO-22000 compliance.
- Sri Lankan with a ready passport.
- Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
