SALARY: KWD 175 (Rs. Avg. 170,000)

#RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Monitor and manage budget, expenses, and profitability
• Develop and implement marketing strategies

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or shift manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good understanding of restaurant financials
• Effective communication skills
