This is a paid internship program offered by Manpower Sri Lanka, a subsidiary of Manpower Holdings, a global leader in the human resources and knowledge processing industry. The program provides an opportunity to learn the basics of various areas of Digital Marketing such as marketing strategy, content creation, search engine optimization, social media, search engine marketing, and performance marketing management, etc.

Monthly Payment: LKR 35,000 / Month + Other benefits.
The program is a full-time, on-site commitment lasting six to twelve months, with additional benefits included.
What you'll be in learning & engaging:
• Basics of performance marketing.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
• Marketing communication and CRM.
• Content strategy, writing & SEO.
• Social media marketing & management.
• Digital marketing strategy.
• Competitor research, keywords analysis.
• Utilization of digital marketing tools for SEO, SEM, etc.
• Reporting systems such as daily and monthly for KPI.
Requirements / Eligibility:
• Diploma / HND / Degree in Marketing or any relevant fields.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of open source tools and basics of data processing.
• Very good attitude, team spirit, and open mindset.
• Time management skills.
