Our prestigious client in Doha is looking for experienced and reliable teachers to join their team. The teachers will be responsible for guiding students to improve their academic performance through extended lessons, creative teaching, and interactive materials. The ideal candidates should have experience working with children and young adults and can provide the extra care and attention needed for specific subjects and test preparation. The teacher will work one-on-one or with a small group of students at the center or student's home and document their progress to discuss with parents, guardians, and academic coordinators.
Salary: QAR 3000 - 4000 (Avg 150,000 - 200,000)

Duty: 9 hours daily / 6 days a week, 2 years if the minimum contract

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Utilize materials pertaining to the subject matter
* Set lesson goals and milestones
* Collaborate with parents and teachers to evaluate student needs
* Prepare for lessons by gathering materials or setting up equipment
* Create lessons to reiterate what student learned in school
* Plan creative learning activities
* Adjust lessons to advance skills beyond the classroom level
* Provide encouragement and positive motivation
* Pay extra attention to problems and subjects student struggles with
* Review student's daily work and homework
* Assist the student in completing work
* Prepare materials specific to upcoming tests
* Review test material.
* Teach new skills using technology
* Document progress to discuss with parents and educators
* Able to work after shift hours when needed
* Proven experience working with children or older students
* Able to serve as a positive role model and mentor
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of subject matter relevant to students needs
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office and other teaching programs
* Strong organizational skills
* Efficient time management
* Able to take on many tasks at once and prioritize them by importance and relevance
* Creative and able to foster a fun learning environment.
