One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for experienced Chefs / Cooks specializing in Arabic and Italian cuisine to join their fast-food restaurant chain immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality Arabic and Italian dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent food quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

SALARY:Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook Arabic and Italian dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion sizes and food quality.
• Prepare ingredients and organize the kitchen before service.
• Maintain proper food storage, handling and temperature-control procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor ingredient availability and inform the kitchen supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils and cooking equipment.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef or kitchen supervisor.
• Support daily kitchen operations during busy service periods.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, fast-food outlet or similar kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of Arabic and Italian cuisine.
• Good food preparation, cooking and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions and kitchen procedures.
• Responsible, punctual and committed to maintaining food quality.
• Willingness to work in Qatar and complete the required duty hours.
