One of our prestigious clients in UAE is looking for an experienced Assistant Mechanic to join their team immediately.

The successful candidate will assist senior mechanics with vehicle diagnosis, repair, servicing, and maintenance while ensuring all work is completed according to required safety and quality standards.

SALARY:

Negotiable – Based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior mechanics with the diagnosis and repair of engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
• Carry out and assist with suspension repairs and maintenance.
• Perform brake-pad replacement and brake system inspections.
• Assist with wheel alignment and wheel balancing.
• Carry out tyre rotation and general tyre-related maintenance.
• Check brake systems, fluid levels, and other vehicle components.
• Use appropriate diagnostic tools to identify vehicle faults.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and vehicle-related problems.
• Support senior mechanics during servicing and repair operations.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Ensure tools and workshop equipment are used safely and properly.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide professional and courteous service when dealing with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of non-Gulf experience.
• Certified Mechanic qualification or relevant technical education.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning (AC) systems.
• Practical knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair.
• Good mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, tyres, and related vehicle systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of senior mechanics.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
