SALARY:

LKR 40,000 + Commissions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Assist in communicating with candidates regarding available opportunities.
• Coordinate candidate-related activities as required.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting assigned targets and objectives.
• Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate information.
• Work closely with the team to support recruitment requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, Tamil and Sinhala.
• Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Colombo.
• Positive and professional attitude.
