One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for dedicated Assistant Baristas to join their fast-food restaurant chain immediately.

The successful candidates will assist with beverage preparation, coffee service and daily café operations while maintaining quality, cleanliness and customer-service standards.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and serving coffee, tea and other beverages.
• Support senior baristas with daily beverage preparation and service.
• Prepare ingredients and organize the beverage station before service.
• Follow standard recipes and preparation procedures.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste and presentation.
• Operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment under supervision.
• Keep the coffee station, utensils and equipment clean and organized.
• Replenish beverage ingredients and supplies when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with customer orders and provide courteous service.
• Work closely with baristas and other restaurant team members during busy periods.
• Follow instructions from senior baristas and supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant or beverage-service role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn coffee-making techniques and operate beverage equipment.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to work in Qatar and complete the required duty hours.
