One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Electrical Engineers to join their team. Candidates should have relevant experience in electrical engineering, installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting, with the ability to oversee electrical works, ensure compliance with technical standards, and support the successful execution of electrical projects.

POSITION: Electrical Engineers

SALARY: KD 180–300

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and installations to identify faults and ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinate with project managers, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, technicians, and other site personnel.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and recommend suitable corrective actions.
• Ensure electrical materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently and maintained properly.
• Monitor project progress and ensure electrical works are completed according to schedules.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and relevant industry standards.
• Support the preparation of material requirements, work schedules, and technical submissions.
• Identify potential technical issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in electrical engineering, installation, maintenance, or project execution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams, technicians, and other engineering departments.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a project, construction, maintenance, or industrial environment.
