One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Maintenance VRF HVAC Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing VRF HVAC systems and related air-conditioning equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

SALARY: KWD 170

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of VRF HVAC systems.
• Install, inspect, service, and repair VRF indoor and outdoor units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot VRF system faults and operational issues.
• Check refrigerant levels, pressure, piping, and system performance.
• Inspect compressors, fans, coils, filters, valves, and electrical components.
• Identify and repair refrigerant leaks and perform proper charging when required.
• Troubleshoot VRF control systems, sensors, thermostats, and communication faults.
• Carry out cleaning and servicing of indoor and outdoor HVAC units.
• Perform testing and commissioning after maintenance or repair work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure work is completed according to company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning is preferred.
• Practical experience in VRF HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of VRF systems, refrigerant circuits, and HVAC components.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, testing equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
