One of our prestigious clients in Bahrain, a fine dining restaurant chain specializing in Iranian Cuisine, is looking for experienced Commis Chefs (Hot Kitchen) to join their team immediately.

SALARY: BHD 180

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and cooking hot dishes and grilled items.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely mise en place for meal services.
• Support senior chefs in food preparation.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• Contribute to daily kitchen operations and team collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a hot kitchen role.
• Familiarity with Iranian or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Prior GCC experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced kitchen environment.
