One of our prestigious clients in UAE who is a leading Aluminum Construction Group is looking for experienced "Quality Technicians" to join them immediately.

# SALARY :  AED 3000 (Avg. Rs. 262,000) 

# Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to address quality concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree / Technical in CAD, Drafting or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Technician in the aluminum facade or related industry.
• Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
