Our client who is a renowned Technology Solutions company is looking for experienced "Senior Software Engineers - .NET" with application maintenance and development skills to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Rs. 200,000 - 500,000

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investigating and resolving escalated technical issues that require in-depth knowledge and understanding of the systems and applications in use.
• Interacting with customers, stakeholders, and L1 support teams to provide timely updates on issue resolution progress and managing customer expectations.
• Serving as a point of escalation for complex issues that cannot be resolved by the L1 support team, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Providing training and guidance to L1 support personnel, sharing knowledge and best practices, and helping to improve the overall support process.
• Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of systems and applications by identifying recurring issues and suggesting long-term solutions.
• Adherence to SLAs: Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) by resolving issues within the specified time frames and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot, Develop, test, and deploy, .NET applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design solutions, and develop new features.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure high-quality software.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software development.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possessing a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
• Strong experience in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, C#, SQL Server or any Database.
• High level understanding in Front-end technologies like Angular, react, HTML5.
• Experience in developing, deploying, and managing .NET applications.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
